Our 1-on-1 Personal Training at Aegis Gym is all about you and your goals. Choose from 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions designed to improve your technique, build strength, and optimize your health—all tailored to your body and your journey.
No generic programs here. Your coach works with you every step of the way—correcting form, adjusting your workouts, and guiding you on sleep, nutrition, and recovery. Every session is a step toward becoming stronger, smarter, and more confident, both in the gym and in life.
Semi-Private Personal Training

Our Semi-Private Training sessions bring the energy of a group with the focus of personalized coaching. With a maximum of 5 participants, you’ll get guidance on technique, form, and progression—while still enjoying the motivation and support of a team environment.
Each program is designed for your goals and experience, combining expert coaching, tailored exercises, and smart progressions. Whether you’re new to training or sharpening your skills, we’ll help you move better, train harder, and feel stronger—together.
