1 on 1 Personal Training
We offer 30, 45 or 60 minute 1 on 1 Personal Training sessions where we do a deep dive into your technique and develop your understanding of health and fitness for your own body.
We troubleshoot with you every step of the way and try to find the path where it can be most beneficial – we don’t have a templated ‘one size fits all’ approach to our programs.
Your coach helps you on your journey, making corrections in your exercise, health, sleep and meal choices. We make adjustments for your program according to how you feel and how you are progressing.
Clients not only achieve their fitness goals in this program, but build on their confidence both in themselves and inside a gym
Semi Private Personal Training
Semi Private Personal training is a great way to get feedback on your technique, form and training for a fraction of the cost.
The sessions are capped to a maximum of 5 people, with assistant coaches present on a case by case basis – so if you’re new to training and require a little more attention, don’t worry we’ve got you covered!
You’ll get your very own program catering to your goals, involving more usage of the equipment and movements based on your own experience.
