STRENGTH • POWER • PROGRESSION

STRONG is a 50-minute, strength-focused class that builds muscle, increases endurance, develops genuine physical power, and boosts confidence in your lifting. Structured in 10-week upper- and lower-body blocks, you’ll progress in a supportive, power-driven environment.

Programmed around heavy, compound lifts, sessions combine barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, and bodyweight work. Expect purposeful movement, progressive overload, and structured sets designed to maximize results.

Guided by supportive coaches, STRONG prioritizes form, safety, and sustainable progression. This is more than physical strength—it’s about trusting your body, expanding your capability, and joining a community that lifts alongside you.

HYPER

ENERGY • ENDURANCE • INTENSITY

HYPER is a 50-minute, high-energy conditioning class that blends strength and cardio for a full-body workout. This gritty, high-intensity session delivers big energy and a strong team atmosphere that pushes you to move faster, lift stronger, and level up your athletic performance. Every session feels challenging, uplifting, and empowering.

With constantly varied and fully adaptable programming, you’ll be challenged at your pace. Build energy, resilience, and a body that can keep up with your life.
